Robert Ashley Horne, 78 of Canton, passed away on September 21, 2016 at Gilmer Nursing Home. Visitation will take place Friday, September 30 from 1-3 PM. The funeral will follow at 3 PM in the Darby Funeral Home chapel. Reverend Ronald Kendall will officiate the service. Survivors include wife Christine Tipton Horne of Canton; brothers Eugene and Kenneth Horne of Iron City, GA; sisters Rita Surmon and Geneva Lane of Iron City, GA; and several nieces and nephews.
