Robert Craig Poller, age 83, of Canton, Georgia, passed away peacefully on June 29, 2026, surrounded by loved ones.

Born on November 23, 1943, in Albany, New York, Rober was the son of the late Jean and Jack Poller.

Robert proudly served in the United States Marine Corps from 1961 to 1967. During his service he was deployed to Vietnam. His dedication, courage, and commitment to his fellow Marines reflected the Corps' value of honor. He was honorably discharged with the rank of Private.

Beyond his career, he enjoyed entertaining his family and friends with his sense of humor, telling his adventures of travel over the road. His constant smile and laughter will always be remembered by family and friends.

He is survived by his spouse, Maureen, and many extended family members, friends and fellow Marines.

He is also survived by his sister, Sharon Mehlman.

A memorial service will be held at Georgia National Cemetery at a later date.
