Ronald Lee Fuller's Obituary

Obituary for Ronald Lee Fuller
Ronald Lee Fuller, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on November 27, 2025. He was born on September 19, 1942, in Flint, Michigan, to Alice Wolsuk and George Fuller — the beginning of a life marked by music, laughter, devotion, and unwavering love.
Ronald carried rhythm in his heart from the moment he could hold a pair of sticks. A gifted drummer, he once even tried out for Grand Funk Railroad, a memory he held with pride and joy throughout his life. Music was woven into every part of him — classic rock and roll, the Eagles, Grand Funk Railroad — the soundtrack of his days, his miles on the road, and the memories he made with those he loved.
He was a Georgia Bulldogs man through and through, cheering every win, grumbling through every loss, and faithfully standing behind the red and black. He loved the Atlanta Braves just the same — baseball on the radio or the TV often echoing alongside the beat of a drum or the laughter of family.
Ronald was married to the love of his life, Carol Fuller, for 64 blessed years, together for 67. Their bond was built on friendship, devotion, and a lifetime of shared joy and challenges. He adored his family, and they adored him; he was a hero to his children, a bright spark in every room, funny, generous, charming, and full of personality. His sales career spanned decades, and he was known for his warm smile, his easy conversation, and the way he could make anyone feel like a friend.
His faith guided him, his love sustained him, and his presence made life brighter for all who knew him. His two great loves were Jesus and his family.
He is survived by his wife and partner of a lifetime, Carol Fuller of Lake Arrowhead, GA; his children Gail Kauffman (Todd) of Kingston, GA, and Ronald Fuller Jr. (Cassandra) of Lady Lakes, FL; his sister Julie Christopher (Lonnie) of Frankfurt, Michigan; grandchildren Amanda Washington, Cody Kauffman, Lacey "Luke" Fuller, Lily Fuller, William Fuller; and great-grandchildren Skyler Kauffman, Jayce Kauffman, Noah Kauffman, Demetric Washington Jr., Kaitlyn Washington, Kaleb Kauffman, Savannah Kauffman, and Karter Kauffman.
He is preceded in death by his grandchildren Andrew Kauffman and Sophia Grace Fuller, who he now joins in eternal peace.
No services are scheduled at this time.
Ronald Lee Fuller lived with heart, humor, and generosity. He made life richer with every beat of the drum, with every conversation, with every warm smile. He leaves behind a legacy of love — one that will continue sounding like music through the generations who carry his name, his stories, and his spirit.
May he rest in peace, surrounded by the music he loved and held forever in the hearts of those he cherished.
