Ronald White Young (73), of Canton, GA, passed away on May 29, 2021
Funeral services will be held at 12:30PM Wednesday June 9, 2021 at Darby Funeral Home in Canton, GA. Family will receive friends/family at 11:30am until funeral hour. The service will be followed by a memorial service at Georgia National Cemetery at 2:30pm.
Ronald W. Young was born in Hopkinsville, KY to Carlos and Eva Young on 12/22/1947. He lived much of his life in Avon Park, FL. Ron married the love of his life, Naomi "Marlene" Lawrence Young, August 5, 1966 in Avon Park, FL. He graduated from the University of South Florida. He worked at Sears/Allstate for a total of 35 years. He was an U.S. Army veteran. He was a loving family man who always put his family first.
Ronald is preceded in death by Carlos (father), Eva (mother) and Billy Ray (brother).
He is survived by his spouse Naomi Marlene Young, His sons Ron Young II (52) and David Young (44) and daughter Stephanie Young (47). His brother Gene Young (85) and his four Grandchildren Ryan Young (20), Jacob Young (18), Emma Young (5) and Nelson Young (9 months)
