Ruth Catherine Shadburn, age 93 of Waleska, passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2019 at Piedmont Newton Hospital. The family will receive friends at Darby Funeral Home on Thursday, August 29th from 10am to 1:30pm. The funeral service will follow at 2pm in the chapel of Darby Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Martin officiating. Interment will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park. She is survived by:

Son - Mark (Earlene) Shadburn of Waleska
Grandchild - Katie Davis
Grandchild - Laney Crowder
Grandchild - Lucy Martin
Grandchild - Savannah Shadburn
Grandchild - Bill Shadburn
Eight great-grandchildren also survive.
