Sandra Hines Pierotti, age 70, of Canton, died peacefully on March 17, 2014. Private Family only graveside services will be held Monday March 24, 2014 at 11:30AM at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA.

Born and raised in Atlanta Mrs. Pierotti attended Georgia State for her Bachelors' degree and earned her Masters' from Georgia Institute of Technology. Mrs. Pierotti also worked at Georgia Tech and retired in 2009, moving to Canton in 2012 to live in a home cherished by her and her late husband on the golf course. She was passionate about many things including taking care of her cats and spending time with her family. She was a loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother, cousin and aunt.

Mrs. Pierotti was the daughter of Ruth Garvin (deceased) and William Hines (deceased), loving widow of J. Vincent Pierotti, Jr. , cherished sister of William M Hines of Woodstock, sister-in-law of Judy Pierotti Melton of Hartwell. She is survived by the children of her late husband Pamela Pierotti Grant and Stephen Julius Pierotti, as well as Granddaughter Kennedy Charlene Grant.
