Sarah Elizabeth (Libby) Holmes Henderson, age 81, passed away peacefully at her beloved home in Woodstock, GA on Friday July 1, 2016
She was predeceased by her husband H. V. (Sonny) Henderson and stepson, David Henderson.
She is survived by her 3 children, Sherilyn (Ron) Crumbley, Greg (Peggy) Padgett, Robin (Bruce) Fergusson, two stepsons, Allen (Sharon) Henderson, Larry (Angie) Henderson, 8 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter, and 3 step grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Tuesday July 5,2016 from 5-8:00pm and Wednesday July 6, 2016 from 09:00am-11:00am. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday July 6, 2016 at 11:00 am at the Darby Funeral Home Chapel in Canton, GA. Bishop Lance Johnson will be officiating. Graveside service will follow at the Cherokee Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to MUST Ministries, 111 Brown Industrial Pkwy, Canton, GA 30114 or The Alzheimer's Assoc., Ga Chapter, 41 Perimeter Ctr. East Atlanta, Ga 30346-1910. The caring staff of the Darby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
