Mrs. Shirley Ann Burkett, age 86 of Fancy Farm, KY died Thursday, October 11, 2012 in Woodstock, GA.
She was a member of the St. Jerome Church, and retired from the Community Hospital.
Mrs. Burkett is survived by her daughter- Judy Thomas of Fancy Farm, KY; daughter- Patricia Wallace of Woodstock, GA; stepson- John Burkett of Casper, WY; five grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, October 15, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the St. Jerome Catholic Church. Friends may call Sunday, October 14, 2012 after 5:00 PM at St. Jerome Church. Burial will follow the service on Monday in the St. Jerome Cemetery in Fancy Farm, Ky.
