Stanley Ira Elkins, age 88 of Woodstock, passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at Northside Hospital Cherokee. The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 29, 2019 from 1pm until 2:30pm. He is survived by his loving wife, Sylvia Elkins of Woodstock and his precious daughters, Sharon Williams and Leslie Delisro.
