Mr. Stephen Sandridge, age 70 of Woodstock, GA, passed away on September 14, 2014 at Tranquility at Kennesaw Mountain. Visitation for Mr. Sandridge will take place on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 from 5-7 PM. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at 2 PM from the Chapel of Darby Funeral Home. He is survived by wife Lynda Pope Sandridge of Woodstock, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Norman and Kimberly Sandridge of Silver Spring, MA; son and daughter-in-law, William and Allyn Sandridge of Adairsville, GA; sister Norma Justine Steele of Edinburg, VA; and three grandchildren: Henry Sandridge, Merylin Sandridge, and Sibyl Sandridge. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to South Cherokee Optimist Club or Anna Crawford Center. The caring staff of Darby Funeral Home is handling these arrangements.
