Sylvia Gantham Chambers was born in Douglas Georgia to Carlos and Vera Grantham on December 11, 1934, with 4 sibling to follow Dr. Gregory (Vicky) Gantham of Macon, Shirley ( Bug ) Webb of Canton, Tony ( Donna ) Grantham of Douglas, and Marilu ( Jimmy ) Weeks of Jasper. In 1955 Sylvia was married to Eugene "Bud" Chambers and moved to Canton having their three children Benson (Lisa), Carla (Jeff) both of Canton and Cleveland (Gwendolyn)of Ball Ground. In the early 1970s Sylvia and Bud bought a retail business called Western Auto later merging into a Goodyear Tire And Rubber Company on Main Street in Canton then, in the "80's" opening What is now known as Chamberhouse. She was a very social person of both Douglas and Canton, She enjoyed all of her family and friends of Douglas and Canton. After being A very successful business woman of Canton Georgia she retired in 2016. Sylvia is survived by her husband Eugene "Bud" Chambers, children Benson (Lisa), Carla (Jeff) and Cleveland (Gwendolyn) Chambers, 15 Grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren Brother Tony ( Donna ) Grantham of Douglas and Sister Marilu Week of jasper, Many nieces and nephews Visitation will be Tuesday January 26, 2021 at
