Thomas Wayne Cosgrove, a resident of Waliska, Georgia
passed away on June 19, 2024. Tom Passed
away at the young age of 81.
Tom was born on August 23, 1942 in Northbridge Mass. to
Doris Tomlinson and John Edward Cosgrove.
Tom served in the US Air Force from 1962-1966.
Tom had led a well traveled and fulfilled life.
As a freelance videographer Tom had the opportunities
to travel to South America, Aisa, Europe and New Zealand.
He freelanced for ABC, NBC, CBS, Discovery
Channel, Fox News, Nickelodeon, and National
Geographic. During his many travels and jobs he
had the chance to meet Mother Teresa, Martin Luther
King Jr, Walter Cronkite and so many more
amazing people.
When Tom wasn't working he enjoyed traveling and diving.
Some of his most memorable dives were with Mel Fisher. Diving
off the coast of Florida looking for the Atocha shipwreck. He also enjoyed
traveling to Panama. Tom would enjoy visiting with the locals
and exploring the canal.

Tom is survived by his wife of 46 years Virginia (Ginny). His son
Alan (Patty) and grandson Stephen (Kayla).
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at 12:30pm at the
Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia.
