Timothy Ray Walker, 61, of Woodstock, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 13, 2026, at Northside Hospital Cherokee.

Timothy was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps and carried the values of honor, courage, and commitment throughout his life. He will be remembered for his strength, loyalty, and the love he had for his family.

He is survived by his sister, Mindy (Bob) Boxdorfer of Woodstock, Georgia; his nephews, Steven Menner and Ryan (Kayla) Boxdorfer; and his great-nieces, Kinsleigh Boxdorfer and Amelia Boxdorfer, all of whom he loved dearly.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday, March 30, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Darby Funeral Home. The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday, March 30, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. until the funeral hour. Interment will follow Georgia National Cemetery on Monday, March 30, 2026, at 2:30 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Timothy's memory to The Disabled American Veterans Organization at help.dav.org.
