Tom Williams of Canton, Georgia went to his Heavenly home on April 4, 2023. Tom was born on February 2, 1956, and lived life to its fullest, loving his wife, family, and friends with his whole heart. To know Tom was to love him. He was an avid college football fan, always rooting for his Texas Longhorns and Georgia Bulldogs. He also loved the game of golf. Tom was the life of any party and loved sharing his jokes on any occasion.

Dedicated to his profession, devoted to his wife and children, and a friend to all who knew him, Tom is preceded in death by his mother, Moira Burk Williams. He is survived by the love of his life, his wife, Lisa Merritt Williams, his children, Macy Williams (fiancé Chet Shacklett), Sabra (Spencer) Sanjurjo, and Rob Williams along with his grandchildren, Asher, Waylon, and Ellie Sanjurjo, and Tanner Williams. He is also survived by his father, Thomas Howard Williams, Jr., sisters Antonia (Bob) Menzel and Martha Williamson, and brother Frank (Karen) Williams as well as a host of family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2023, from 12:00pm to 2:00pm with a memorial service at 2:00pm at Darby Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the American Lung Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
