Tommy Dwayne Lacy, 53 of Canton, passed away Tuesday , November 15, 2022. Visitation will be Friday, November 18th from 12pm to 8pm at Darby Funeral Home. The funeral will be Saturday, November 19th at 3pm in the chapel of Darby Funeral Home with Rev. Lance Turner and Rev. Dane Gentry officiating.
Dwayne loved his family, especially his wife and son. He loved to love people and you can guarantee they loved him in return. He's literally that guy that would give you the shirt off of his back. He was driven by a passion to help others.
He enjoyed spoiling his wife and watching his son grow into a man was his greatest achievement. He was a sports fanatic and loved watching his son play ball of all kinds.
Dwayne was a workaholic and put his heart and soul into his job. Where he was also loved by all. That's saying a lot when you're The Boss Man
He is survived by:
Wife - Melinda Lacy of Canton
Son - Kody Lacy of Canton
Mother - Lynda Lacy of Canton
Sister - Janna Manous of Waleska
and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father Tommy Lacy.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the American Heart Association in his memory.
