Mr. Walter "Mutt" Clay age 70 of Woodstock, GA died on Monday September 17, 2012 . Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 12:30PM from Georgia National Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 10 AM till 11AM . Survivors are his Wife, Barbara Ann Clay, Woodstock,GA , Son, Walter "Buddy" Clay ,OH , Daughters, Rhonda Pruitt, Canton, GA , Carrie Melissa Carder, Weedowee, AL , and Jody Clay, Auburn, GA Brothers , Lewell Clay, Cleveland, GA and James Jefferson Clay Jr, Hamberg, IL 8 Grandchildren also survive. He was a Member of the Hickory Flat Masonic Lodge and the Cherokee Shrine Club. Caring staff of the Darby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
