Wayne Davis, 78 of Kennesaw, passed away Thursday, October 6, 2022. Visitation will be Thursday, October 13th at Darby Funeral Home from 5-8pm. The funeral will be Friday, October 14th at 9am in the chapel of Darby Funeral Home. Interment will follow at 11am at Georgia National Cemetery. He is survived:
Wife - Jennifer Davis of Kennesaw
Daughter - Angela Davis (Randi Cole) of Ashville, NC.
Daughter - Christy (Gary) Buck of White
Brother - Charles (Joann) Davis of LaGrange
Brother - Raymond "Junior" (Shirley) Davis of Breman
Sister - Imogene Smith of Centre, AL.
Sister - Polly (Hoit) Queen of Woodstock
7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchilden also survive.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or Tunnells to Towers in his memory.
