Wilburn Rudolph Watson, age 87 of Canton, GA, passed away on April 1st, 2014 at his residence. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, April 5 from Arbor Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Bobby Padgett, Rev Vernie Whorley and Rev. Horace Richards officiating. Interment will follow in the Union Hill Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 2PM-8PM and Friday from 10AM-8PM at Darby Funeral Home. Survivors include Wife, Mary Louise Watson of Canton, GA; Son and Daughter-In-Law, Joey and Sondra Watson of Canton, GA; Brother, Raymond Watson of McDonough, GA; Grandchildren, Justin and Ashley Watson of Canton, GA, Ashley and Jon Goodwin of Ball Ground, GA; Great-Grandchildren, Sydney, Averi, and Cayden. He was preceded in death by son Rudy Watson. Mr. Watson was a lifetime resident of the Union Hill community and a member of Arbor Hill Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to Arbor Hill Baptist Church Cemetery fund or Union Hill Methodist Church Cemetery fund.
