William Henry Davis Sr., age 90 of Ellijay, passed away Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at Ga. War Veterans Home in Augusta, GA. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, June 13, 2014 from the Chapel of Darby Funeral Home at 9AM. Interment will follow in the Ga. National Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 12 from 5PM-7PM at Darby Funeral Home. Mr. Davis is survived by his wife, Hazel Davis of Ellijay; sons, Benny Davis of Canton and Henry Davis of Birmingham, AL; Daughters & Son-In-Laws, Gwen & Tommy Partain of Auburn, GA, Linda & David Stancil of Morganton, GA, Audrey & Steve Allmon of Indian Land, SC, Cindy Scott of Canton, GA; Sisters, Esther Price of Canton, GA, Dorothy Smith of Canton, GA, also surviving are 2 Grandchildren.
