Zachary Adam Travis Cook age 33 of Woodstock, GA passed away peacefully at home Wednesday October 19, 2016. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 6:00PM Friday October 21, 2016 at 1480 Rucker Circle, Woodstock, GA 30188.
Zachary Cook is survived by his mother; Carolyn Cook Howell, Woodstock, GA, step father; Roger Lynn Jay, Marietta, GA, brothers; Richard Griner, Jacksonville, FL, Josh (Jessica) Cook, Jacksonville, FL, sisters; Christina Cook, Jacksonville, FL, Sydney (Danny Dyminski) Cook, Clearwater, FL, Lindsay Howell, New Port Richie, FL, Jessica Jay, Marietta, GA, nieces and nephews; Hope Dyminski, Joshua Cook II, Jacob Cook, Jonah Cook, he is preceded in death by his niece; Taylor Ashley.
